Oh crikey where to begin. Everything seems so unimportant compared to what’s going on in Ukraine. I donated the Disaster Emergency Committee yesterday and would urge you to do the same. I was paying for something frivolous at the time so then I paid the same amount to the appeal which seems like the very least I could do. I’ll keep looking to see what support is requested the most and do what I can. The donation page is here:

What I’m finding so hard to believe is the misinformation. In a world where information is everywhere (although some of it bollocks), Russia have managed to brainwash most of it’s citizens to believe Ukraine is the monster. Russians caught up on the bombings are calling home to say what they are going through and their parents don’t believe them. They would rather believe Urainian forces are using civilians as human shields than accept what Putin is doing. I’ve read some dystopian fiction and this is next level.

It’s hard to balance the stuff that goes on in life everyday with this level of horror. What shall we have for dinner?

Anyway it’s a short post because I don’t know what to say really. Hug your family and friends, tell them you love them, take photos of the wonderful people in your life and the experiences you have, look after your bodies and minds, take a moment to look up, and down and sideways, donate money, be kind.
